Interesting article from Lindsay McKrell - she shows just how diverse the digital landscape is. It's a real challenge to work within funding and resource restraints to assist rising numbers of library users with a wide range of needs.
She is spot on in highlighting the challenge faced by libraries in dealing with enabling digital access and teaching information literacy skills.
